You are introduced to the language of plants and learn to listen to it. You will be introduced to essential oils, hydrosols, and carrier oils, and discover what makes these products so unique within aromatherapy.<br><br>In a storytelling and accessible way, I will guide you into the world of aromatic plants and how scent is extracted from them. Throughout the day, you move between knowledge and experience, gradually learning how to use essential oils in a practical and mindful way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will work hands-on with different oils and learn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>how to consciously perceive scents and distinguish their qualities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>which oils resonate with you and why<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>how to blend safely<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the do\u2019s and don\u2019ts of using essential oils<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>practical tips for everyday use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Along the way, I share insights and background stories from nature, history, and practice \u2014 such as the enormous amount of roses needed for a single drop of rose oil, the colour and symbolism of plants, and traditional uses.
